The T10 is a larger version of the initial Rival T7 unit, which has rapidly become the Hydro Excavator of choice for many urban contractors who are aware of the trending weight restrictions on these types of trucks and realize the need to bring these trucks into compliance when driving on roads to disposal.
The T7 Rival is an effective unit in most city applications, however many contractors mentioned the need for a larger version, provided the weights could be kept within mandated levels. The Rival T10 is our answer to this issue.
The T10 operates in the same manner as the T7. It is fully hydraulic, eliminating the need for a transfer case, and aside from engaging one PTO, the entire truck is operated from the remote and rear panel. This unit features the same “pressure off” feature as the smaller units and has essentially the same controls within the constraints of the law.
With the more compact design of the Rival T7 ( 11, 2″ tall and 30′ 11” long) and the automatic transmission. The T7 provides a truck that is easy to maneuver when working in tight spaces, which allows for quicker set up.
