CALGARY, Alberta, June 22, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (PIPE – TSX) Pipestone Energy Corp. (“ Pipestone Energy ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to report the results of its annual shareholder meeting. The Company held its 2023 annual meeting (the “ Meeting ”) of the shareholders of Pipestone Energy (the “ Shareholders ”) today at 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time) virtually. A total of 210,819,903 votes were cast, representing 75.41% of the total 279,552,245 eligible votes, which includes the Company’s issued and outstanding common share voting rights as of the May 8, 2023 record date for the Meeting. Each of the nominees proposed as directors were elected with a majority of votes cast by the Shareholders attending the Meeting or by proxy.
