(TSXV: IXI) (FSE: INEN) (the " Company ") is pleased to announce a shift in Company focus to lithium in Alberta, Canada with the direct application and granting of 9 Metallic and Industrial Minerals permits in central Alberta, Canada covering significant subsurface Devonian reef reservoir aquifers with the potential to produce large volumes of lithium-bearing formation brine. The permits recently granted by Alberta Department of Energy total 78,080 hectares (780.8 km 2 or 192,940 acres) and lie between Grand Prairie and Edmonton. These permits are adjacent to permits held by E3 Lithium Ltd., LithiumBank Resources Corp., and Highwood Asset Management (see Figures 1, 2 and 3). The acquired permits were selected based on their proximity to wells recording lithium brine levels between 72 and 130mg/l from the Leduc Carbonate Reef complex Woodbend Group and the underlying Beaverhill Lake Group rock.
