NEW DELHI — India imported about 4.56 million barrels per day (bpd) of oil in October, down nearly 3.3% from the same month a year ago, according to data from shipping and industry sources. The Middle East’s share in India’s total oil imports declined to about 57% in October from 58% in September, while the share of African grades declined to 16.5% from 21%.
