A Gold Standard in Methane Emissions Measurement by Tracking Mass Flow Rate

January 16 @ 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM

It is important to better understand the environmental implications and significant impact of methane emissions as a greenhouse gas. As a result, the precision of direct mass flow measurement may be vital for effective mitigation and reducing the discrepancies between the various reports. Direct mass flow measurements are emerging as a pivotal tool in the accurate measurement of methane emissions in the field. The methods discussed in this talk uniquely consolidates the various detection & measurement techniques with modeling tools. Improving measurement accuracy should foster a greater trust allowing consensus to be reached by the various stakeholders ( industry players, regulatory bodies, and NGOs) about the actual levels of emissions. This talk will discuss Mass Flow Measurement of methane emissions and explain how it aligns directly with regulatory frameworks, offering a clear advantage over traditional estimation methods.

In-person registration closes on January 15 at 8AM MST.
