30th Calgary Oilmen’s Charity Hockey Tournament

As we celebrate our 30^th Calgary Oilmen’s Charity Hockey Tournament, you are cordially invited to participate this event to be held at the Thorncliffe Arena on October 13, 14 & 15, 2022.

Our Team Sponsors will be Import Tool Corporation Ltd., Ulterra Drilling Technologies, Sanjel Energy, UniqEnergy Solutions, Colter Energy, Precision Drilling, IQommerce, Cathedral Energy Service

The entry fee will be $100.00 Operator Personnel, $350.00 Service Company Personnel, and $300.00 Service Company Personnel & One Customer. There will be 3 games in total and Saturday afternoon family barbeque to be held at the Thorncliffe Community Centre from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

There will be two divisions with four teams each. A division and B division

Game Time:      Thursday & Friday    4:30 PM – 10:15 PM               Saturday 9:15 AM – 3:00 PM

Through your support, we donated $6,150.00 to Hull Services, $2,500.00 to Children’s Cottage Society and $5,500.00 to Brown Bagging for Kids last year, giving us a total of $500,825.00 in 29 years. We’re hoping to raise more for these fine charities due to your support.

A tax-deductible receipt will be issued to all individuals. The amount will be determined by Revenue Canada’s rules, these charities are nonprofit status. Additional donations will be accepted and are tax deductible.

All donations will be listed beside your name along with your firm’s name in the program. Preference will be given to those firms that donate to the tournament. Preference will also be given to people in the drilling, completions and operations segment of the industry. Oilfield service reps that sponsor an operator will also be given preference.

Response has been overwhelming, so don’t be disappointed and miss an excellent opportunity to participate with other oil industry personnel and to help raise money for a very worthwhile cause.
