I can manage your invoicing, I have experience on FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Pandell, Xero, Concur, OpenInvoice platforms and others; I can do research, preparation of PowerPoint presentations for your meetings, Excel databases, updating your contact lists, responding to your emails, managing calendars, etc.
Trilingual: English, French, Spanish community interpreter and freelancer. Translation of your documentation into Spanish or French, as well as taking care of your correspondence in those languages.
Quick learner, attention to detail, reliable, honest and punctual on delivering results on your projects and tasks. References available. I charge $32.50 per hour. I adapt to your budget and schedules. I am incorporated.
I work remotely on winters (Mexico) from mid October till mid April and in person (Calgary) mid April till mid October.
