The Package – What you could earn:
- Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
- Remote working
Account Manager – Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all “House” accounts. (Defined as direct accounts that are 12+ months old with no active sales cycle) Per Sales force approx 500 accounts.
- Active engagement with those accounts on a continual basis.
- 1-2 touchpoints per qtr
- Targeted sales for Add on’s, additional products, and professional services.
- Work with support and PS for customer success to manage attrition.
- Manage PS sales cycles that fall within this customer base.
- Engage PAF Requests with head of R&D
- Secondary actions:
- Target dormant accounts with previous opportunities as defined by sales policy for open accounts.
- Assisted by marketing to re-engage old leads that are not being engaged.
- Per SF approx. 1,000 + account records.
The Person – Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience of sales within the print industry is essential
- Fluent Spanish would be an advantage and highly desirable
