Bp Offshore Offshore staff GULF OF MEXICO — bp’s Gulf of Mexico & Canada team recently achieved a huge milestone when the company’s largest platform in the GoM, Thunder Horse, safely hit a production target of more than 200,000 boe/d for the first time in over a year. "To say I am proud of the team’s effort is an understatement. Early last year, our CEO Bernard Looney issued a challenge to ramp up output safely and responsibly from our flagship asset in the Gulf of Mexico—one that is significant to our business and boosts US production at a critical time," said Starlee Sykes, bp’s senior vice president, Gulf of Mexico and Canada, on her LinkedIn.
